This crisis procedure manual is designed to highlight for school personnel the step-by-step procedures of how to react during the first 30 minutes of a crisis. Following the instructions in the order in which they are listed will help school personnel to prioritize notification of emergency personnel and to contain escalation and injury during the initial impact of the crisis.
