The provider of our Home Access Center (HAC) service recently updated its security to include case-sensitive passwords.Prior to this update, a password that had capital and lower case letters would be accepted if it was keyed in all lowercase characters. All passwords are now case sensitive and must be keyed in exactly as was assigned by the system. Please refer to your system-assigned original password to be sure you key the password in a case-sensitive format. If you are unsure of your password, please contact your school's main office.
