Parent-Teacher Organizations and Parent-Teacher-Student Association
Each of the district’s three elementary and one middle school maintains its own active Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and the high school has a Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA). These five-parent led 501c3 volunteer organizations hold open meetings regularly throughout the year to keep parents informed of upcoming school and district activities. They also plan and run many school activities, host speakers and serve as a resource to help parents feel an even stronger connection to their child’s school experience.
All parents and guardians are invited and encouraged to actively participate in their school’s PTO or PTSA. Roles of all shapes and sizes are available and new ideas are welcome.
