Radnor Young Raiders: The Newest Pop Warner Football Program! All are invited to open house information sessions on this new football program for children ages 8-12 and flag football program for children ages 5-7. The session will be held on Sunday, May 20 at Radnor High School from 6-8 p.m. Learn more.

36th Annual Delaware County High School All-Star Football Game (Hero Bowl), Thursday, May 31 at 7:30 p.m. at Widener University. Cheer on Radnor High School and other members of the Central League West Squad as they take on the Del-Val League East Squad at Widener's Leslie C. Quick Stadium. Tickets are $5. Learn more here

Stage Stormers is a non-profit theater group that is happy to spread the love of theater to Radnor children. The organization has been providing fun and positive ways for children to spend their summer for the past 11 years and puts the children and their well-being at the top of its list. Chinese Language and Culture Summer Camp 2012 presented by Main Line Chinese Culture Center in its 10th year of fun and learning. Activities include speaking, writing, crafts, dance, martial arts, sports and games. Locations are in Wayne, Haverford, West Chester and Center City Philadelphia. The Radnor Recreation & Community Programming Department’s Summer Activities & Events Guide is now available! Annual "The CommUNITY Breakfast" to mark "Undoing Racism Day": Wed., Sept. 19 from 7:30-9 a.m. at Villanova University This community-led and volunteer-staffed effort provides a space where greater Main Liners of all faiths, traditions, and ethnic and cultural backgrounds may gather in unity to share hospitality and grow in friendship and understanding. The keynote speaker is Patricia Coulter, president and chief executive officer of the Urban League of Philadelphia. Learn more

Indians The King of Prussia Indians Football and Cheer Association is now accepting registrations for the Fall 2012 season. The Indians have been serving the boys and girls of the community for over 50 years and are members of the Pop Warner National Youth Football and Cheer Organization. We provide programs for boys and girls ages 5-13. No matter what level of experience your child may have, they will learn the games of football and cheer in a fun and controlled environment. Radnor Troop 284 has been an important presence on the Main Line for more than ninety years. We are dedicated to the ideals of Scouting and strive to 'graduate' young men of high moral character while emphasizing the goals of scouting: citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness. Winter 2012 Classes at Wayne Art CenterChildren’s art classes for Winter 2012 are underway. A full program of over 40 art classes in all art media are offered for children ages 2-teen, with classes available during the day, evening, and on Saturdays to fit a variety of schedules. Pottery Merit Badge Workshop for Boyscouts: WINTER 2012! Sun., Feb. 26 and Sun., March 4, 9 a.m.-12 p.m or 1-4 p.m. Boyscouts, join the Wayne Art Center’s talented ceramic instructors in the Pottery Studio for this exciting two-day workshop. All material necessary to complete the pottery merit badge will be covered, and certified merit badge councilor will be on hand to sign off on all requirements. Vet The Delaware County Department of Veterans Affairs - which helps veterans and their families access and secure benefits to which they are eligible - will be conducting a series of seminars during the Fall with the purpose of providing an overview of veterans benefits for businesses, institutions, and associations so that they are familiar with veteran’s programs and can help “spread the word.” Click here for details on the seminars.
