Thank you so much to all of the families that came out for the Smart Run! What a tremendous success! Thank you to the parents that volunteered to help make the fundraiser possible.
We will begin cleaning out our butterfly garden on May 3. Thank you so much to the first grade parents that will donating time and/or money to make it look wonderful! The children will be excited when we release our butterflies in the garden. The butterfly garden is such a special place for first graders.
We are really looking forward to Field Day! Field Day will be next week on May 9. Please make sure that your children wear sneakers and the appropriate clothing! Don’t forget the sunscreen. You are welcome to come and watch the first graders during field day. A special thanks to Ms. Snyder and Mr. Nowak for all of their hard work to make this special event happen!
We are beginning to get some of our Paws back now. If you have your Paws at home or you know who has it, please try and send it back to school as soon as possible. We would like to have our Paws welcome home party soon. The children will be very excited to read their journals and see all of the pictures. Thanks for your help supporting this geography project. The children have enjoyed all of the postcards and emails.
