Student Schedules & Teacher Assignments

  • Elementary Schools

    Classroom teacher assignments will be released via Home Access Center (HAC) on Wednesday, August 25.

    Radnor Middle School

    Student schedules were released via Home Access Center (HAC) on Friday, August 20. 

    Radnor High School

    Student schedules were released on Home Access Center (HAC) on Thursday, August 12. 

    Note: If you experience difficulty logging into HAC, click "Forgot My User Name or Password" on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your account. If you need additional assitance, contact the office of your corresponding school building(s).

First Day of School Schedules

  • The first day of school is Wednesday, September 8.

    Elementary Schools

    Students are scheduled to arrive at the regularly scheduled start time of 9:05* a.m. and will be dismissed at the regularly scheduled end time of 3:40 p.m.

    *Please note: the elementary school start time was adjusted from 9:07 a.m. to 9:05 a.m. for the 2021-22 school year.

    Middle School

    Grade 6

    Students are scheduled to arrive at the regularly scheduled start time of 7:50 a.m. Students will be dismissed at the regularly scheduled end time of 2:40 p.m.

    Grades 7 and 8

    Students are scheduled to report at 9:50 a.m. Bus transportation will be provided and pickup times will be two hours after normal pickup times. Students will be dismissed at the regularly scheduled end time of 2:40 p.m.

    High School

    Grades 9 and 10

    Students will attend the morning session beginning at 8:30 a.m. Freshman will report to the auditorium and sophomores will return to homeroom. Students will be dismissed at 12:25 p.m.

    Grades 11 and 12

    Students will attend the afternoon session beginning at 12:30 p.m. Juniors will report to homeroom and seniors will report to the cafeteria for a pizza party. Bus transportation will be provided and pickup times will be four hours after normal pickup times. These students will be dismissed at regularly scheduled dismissal time of 3:10 p.m.

    Please note: This day is for RHS students to attend a variety of important orientation activities, including distribution of schedules. Lunch will not be served. The first full day of school is Thurs., Sept. 9. It will be an 8 block day, cycle day 1.

  • Each school will host a Back-to-School Night for parents/guardians in September. Stay tuned to each school's calendar for additional details, including the location (in-person or virtual).

  • Barksdale School Portraits will photograph all students. A flyer will be sent to all families with the option to purchase portrait packages.

Update Contact, Medical and Emergency Info; Complete Required Forms

Student Usernames/Logins (Grades 3-12)

  • To enhance security, increase access, and improve single sign on (SSO) heading into the 2021-22 school year, usernames and logins for students in grades 3-12 were changed on August 10.

Bus Schedules

  • The RTSD Transportation Department provides transportation for students to and from the district's five schools.

    Families received their child(ren)'s 2021-22 bus stop information via email, sent through the district's SchoolMessenger Alert System, on August 19.

    If you do not receive your child(ren)'s information or have questions, please call the Transportation Department at 610-293-1947 or email Transportation Router Joe Daniele at joseph.daniele@rtsd.org.

    Here Comes the Bus App

    "Here Comes the Bus" is a free mobile app supported by RTSD that allows for the real-time monitoring of the location of traveling district school buses from a smartphone, tablet or computer. Learn more on the Transportation Department website.

Student Meals

  • All RTSD students are eligible to receive free breakfast and lunch meals through the RTSD Food Service Department during the 2021-22 school year due to an extension of USDA nutrition waivers.

    In addition, students may purchase a la carte items or additional meals if there are funds in their account. There will be no cash accepted in the cafeteria. Students may also allowed to bring lunches from home.

School Supply Lists

  • The 2021-22 supply lists are generalized by grade level, by school. Once classroom assignments are announced, teachers may require additional items. Students should bring the items on the first day of school, Wed., Sept. 8.

Immunization Requirements

  • The PA Department of Health requires immunizations for entry into school and continued attendance. There are requirements for children in ALL grades (K-12) and additional immunizations needed for students entering grades 7 and 12.
