Getting Help Overview

This screencast introduces the RTSD Helpdesk and overviews key features.

Request Help

  • To get help, click the Submit a ticket tile. 
    Complete the resulting form.  Be sure to select a category for your issue and your location.  You will be required to provide a brief description of the problem.
    Click Submit to create the request. 

Outside the District

  • When you are outside the District, you will be redirected to a secure webpage to enter your RTSD credentials.  After authenticating, the process is the same as inside the District.

Check Status

  • To check the status of your request(s), click the View Tickets and Requests tile.
    The Tickets and Requests console will appear.
