Getting Help Overview
This screencast introduces the RTSD Helpdesk and overviews key features.
To get help, click the Submit a ticket tile.Complete the resulting form. Be sure to select a category for your issue and your location. You will be required to provide a brief description of the problem.Click Submit to create the request.
Outside the District
When you are outside the District, you will be redirected to a secure webpage to enter your RTSD credentials. After authenticating, the process is the same as inside the District.
To check the status of your request(s), click the View Tickets and Requests tile.The Tickets and Requests console will appear.
