Bring the entire family to see all of the science projects created by Ithan students.
All students are encouraged to participate. The goal of the science fair is to excite kids about science. Ithan’s science fair is a great opportunity for families to have fun learning science together. We encourage siblings and friends to work together on a single project. Please do not be intimidated, often the simplest ideas make the best projects.
During January library sessions, students will receive special instruction to help them research their projects.
The deadline for registration is February 19, 2020.
All science projects are to be dropped off in the Cafetorium
on Sunday, February 23rd between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Students participating in their 3rd, 4th or 5th consecutive science fair
will receive a rosette ribbon recognizing their commitment to the science fair.

Monday, Feb. 24th noon-2pm Volunteer to help set up tables & exhibits in the cafetorium.
Monday, Feb. 24th 5-6:30pm We need 10 judges to evaluate the projects. Projects are not judged against one another but evaluated on their individual content. Dinner will be provided to the judges. If you have a white labcoat, please wear it (the kids LOVE it).
Monday, Feb. 24th 6-8:30pm We need 6 volunteers to work 45 minute shifts at the bake sale.
Monday, Feb. 24th 6:30pm We need individually packed bake goods to sell at the bake sale.
