Yoga Club - Winter 2020
Yoga helps balance body and mind; increases strength and flexibility; increases self awareness and overall body awareness; builds emotional strength and helps to build focus and attention, while teaching how to find a sense of calmness and self-control.
Given the very strong interest in Yoga Club in the past, and consistent wait lists, we are adding an additional teacher (from the Ithan family), and we will run 2 classes concurrently each day. When you register, please register for the specific day, and once we have all registrations, we will place into each class.
Yoga Club (8 Sessions) Session Start/End Thursday, February 6th - Friday, April 3rd Days
Students will choose and register for one day:
Thursdays - 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26 and 4/2
Fridays - 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27 and 4/3
Time 8-9AM No Club on these dates N/A Location Lodge Price per student $45 Max students per class 30 students for each day (will be split into 2 classes) Open to Grades K-5
Each student will need to bring his/her own yoga mat, which can be stored at Ithan for the duration of Yoga Club. Mats can be purchased at Five Below and several other local stores.
Please see the school counselor if financial assistance is needed. Space is limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified of placement via email before the first week.
*Your child is not registered until you receive a confirmation email stating that your child is registered.
