Yoga Club - Fall 2019
Yoga helps balance body and mind; increases strength and flexibility; increases self awareness and overall body awareness; builds emotional strength and helps to build focus and attention, while teaching how to find a sense of calmness and self-control.
Yoga Club (8 Sessions) Session Start/End Thursday, September 26 - Friday, November 15 Days
Students will choose one day to attend:
Thursdays - 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7 and 11/14
Fridays - 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8 and 11/15
Time 8-9AM No Club on these dates N/A Location TBD Price per student $39 Max students per class 15 for each Open to Grades K-5
Each student will need to bring his/her own yoga mat, which can be stored at Ithan for the duration of Yoga Club. Mats can be purchased at Five Below and several other local stores.
Please see the school counselor if financial assistance is needed. Space is limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified of placement via email before the first week.
*Your child is not registered until you receive a confirmation email stating that your child is registered.
