• Dear Fellow High School Parents,
On behalf of the entire PTO executive board, I would like to welcome your family to Radnor High School for the 2019-2020 school year. We join you in the anticipation of an exciting and productive year.

The PTO mission is to promote mutual understanding, cooperation, and communication among the parents, teachers, and administrators of RHS. In addition, the RHS PTO provides programs, financing, and other vehicles to enhance and supplement the School District’s commitment to providing a high-quality education to all students within the district. With our mission in mind, we hope to provide support for our new Principal, Panatoya Kevgas and foster a strong parent community. Whether this is your first year in Radnor or you are ushering your last child through their senior year, I encourage everyone to get involved in some way.

Each year, the PTO supports every class, including significant contributions to the Senior class for Post Prom; the Multicultural Committee, Teacher Appreciation events, the Radnor Speaker Series, Senior awards and scholarships, New Parent socials and various community outreach activities throughout the school year. The PTO also funds grants that enhance our students’ time at RHS. The overwhelming majority of funding for our annual budget comes from the Family Sponsorship Campaign (FSC), so we encourage each family to consider donating this year. A donation form can be found here; donations via PayPal or check are accepted.

Whether you’ve never been an active PTO member or are a PTO participant, let this be the year you get involved in the PTO! Our PTO parent volunteers serve in various capacities: social/committee event chairs, or as executive board officers. If you would like to learn more, please visit the RHS PTO website or email RHSPTOmail@gmail.com. We invite you to join the entire RHS community as we strive to make this the best year yet for our high school students. I hope to see you at the first PTO meeting on September 20th.

    My Best,
    Brooke Lawrence
    RHS PTO President
