Keep the Local Food Pantry Stocked
As the only food pantry in Radnor Township, the Wayne United Methodist Church serves 35+ families on a weekly basis. Community members intereseted in donating can drop off non-perishable items to the church during business hours (donations may be dropped off in the church office lobby in designated bins).

Donate to REF's "Neighbors Helping Neighbors"
Several years ago, the Radnor Educational Foundation (REF) was called upon by RTSD administrators to see how the district might use REF’s non-profit structure and operations to develop a more systematic approach to addressing temporary financial hardship among families. The result was the creation of Neighbors Helping Neighbors (NHN), a program jointly administered by RTSD social workers and REF’s NHN committee, with financial support from a grant seeded by REF. NHN provides assistance, accountability and transparency, while still maintaining privacy for recipients and allowing those who wish to support the program the se-curity of a tax-deductible donation to a registered 501(c)(3) organization. REF will be directing 100% of all donations restricted to NHN to assist families in need. (Note: Donations are not able to be designated to a specific school and will be distributed district-wide)
