2020-21 Flu Clinic Information

  • Radnor Township School District has partnered with Vickery Vaccines* to provide voluntary flu shots for RMS and RHS students on Nov. 5 and 6. Students will receive the influenza vaccine on their assigned cohort day (Cohort A on Nov. 5; Cohort B on Nov. 6).

    *Note: The flu clinics originally scheduled for Oct. 22 and 23 at RMS and RHS were rescheduled and will now be held through a partnership with Vickery Vaccines on Nov. 5 and Nov. 6. Because RTSD has joined with a new vendor to provide this service, a new consent form (below) is required.

Clinic Dates

  • NEW DATES: Grades 6-8

    Date: Thurs., Nov. 5 and Fri., Nov. 6
    Time: 7:30-9:30 a.m.
    Location: Radnor Middle School

    Consent forms* due to your child's school nurse by Nov. 2.

    NEW DATES: Grades 9-12

    Date: Thurs., Nov. 5 and Fri., Nov. 6
    Time: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
