  • Our goals help our department enhance user experience through continual improvement of services and self.

    SERVICE: Last year showed how our department came together to accomplish monumental challenges. It proved that together, we can do anything!

    INSTRUCTION: Additionally, last year catalyzed change through pandemic-pivoting pedagogical shifts that asked us to lean into and leverage technology in new ways.

    Our instructional and service mindsets reframed, we ask, "Now What?" - what can we do to continue the momentum sparked by unprecedented times and come out on the other side better?

    This year, as a department, we are focusing our 5C's: Clients, Community, Courses, Continuity, and Cyber.
