RTSD Clothing Closet
The Radnor Township School District believes that every student should have access to basic needs so that their focus can be on their education. The RTSD Clothing Closet was created by district social workers and made possible through a generous gift from the Radnor Elementary School 5th grade Class of 2020 and the support of the RTSD Parent-Teacher Organizations. The Clothing Closet continues to operate with the support of PTOs, RTSD staff, and local community members and partners.

How it Works
Any student or family who is in need because of financial barriers is eligible to use the services of the Clothing Closet. Students or parents may connect with their child’s guidance counselor, social worker, or an administrator if they are facing financial difficulty and are in need of new clothing. One of these individuals may accompany the student to the Clothing Closet and allow them to choose items needed.
The Clothing Closet is a private, safe environment located at the administration building at 135 S. Wayne Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087. The Closet is kept neat and organized. Student use of the Closet is confidential.
How to Help
Donations of only NEW clothing are accepted. Items may be dropped off in the box located at the entrance to the Administration Building (135 S. Wayne Ave., Wayne) during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m).
