RMS Hosts Inaugural STEM Night for Grades 6-8
Radnor Middle School students attended the inaugural STEM Night for middle school students on December 15 at RMS.
The event featured a variety of informational and hands-on sessions involving Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, all manned by RTSD parents and community members. Students built their own schedule for the evening and could select three different activities to explore during 30-minute sessions.
Activities included: Build Your Own Self-Driving RC Car; STAT! Help This Patient!; Musicians Lab: Tuning & Tinkering; Can You Predict the Future?; Gear Up for Robots!; All About Aerospace; Not Your Parents' Braces; Green Screen and Chroma Key Effects; Fun with Robots!; Germbusters; Patent Models Quizzo!; and Elon Musk Needs Your Help.
STEM Night was presented by the RMS Parent-Teacher Organization.
