Video/Photos: Mini-THON Raises $89K for Pediatric Cancer Research

Students at Radnor Middle School raised more than $89,000 for pediatric cancer research through the school's annual Mini-THON, a yearlong fundraising effort that culminated with a multi-hour dance marathon on May 6.

The final fundraising total, $89,592.77, was revealed at the end of the celebration that featured a variety of games and activities throughout the school and a dance party in the main gym.

The event benefits Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital, the same nonprofit as Penn State's THON, which works to end childhood cancer. This year's event brings the school's five-year total to over $380,000.
