Radnor Township School District offers a variety of benefits to eligible full-time employees. Employees can make changes to health benefits during an open enrollment period each May or if an employee experiences a life event that qualifies.
Employee contributions toward the cost of benefits are outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreements. Premiums are paid through payroll deduction.
