Open Enrollment
2026-2027 Open Enrollment will run from Monday, May 11, through Friday, May 22, 2026.
Every RTSD employee must go through the 2026-2027 Open Enrollment process to validate and update demographic and beneficiary information.
It’s that time of year again! Mandatory Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to elect or waive benefits, change your current elections, add/or remove dependents, and update beneficiary information from your benefits package. It is the one time each year when you can make the most changes, with all updates effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
Our partners at Daybright Broker Solutions will assist in our Open Enrollment this year. We will need for each employee to go through the enrollment process to validate and update demographic information to make sure all data is accurate.

You have two options to enroll:
Option 1: Benefits Call Center
Enroll with a Benefits Call Center Representative
RTSD continues to partner with Daybright Broker Solutions for employee benefits support. The Benefits counselors can assist you in verifying all your personal information, enroll you in benefits, and answer any questions you may have about the district-sponsored insurance benefit programs. This is your annual opportunity to review and ask questions regarding any of your benefit programs. Your appointment with the Benefits Counselor is scheduled for 30 minutes.
You have the option of viewing the presentation with the co-browsing feature if you are in front of the computer. You can let the representative know if you prefer this option when you call in for your appointment. You also can have someone else on the call with you, if desired.
