Registration Open for Radnor High School Summer School
The program provides students with the opportunity to enrich and accelerate their learning, and recover credits in courses they failed during the regular school year. The 2021 courses are Advanced Algebra I, Advanced Geometry and Honors Geometry. Registration deadline is June 18.

Now Available: Survey on Secondary Program and Instructional Commitment
For planning purposes, secondary families are asked to commit to an instructional method by 6 p.m. on 2/5 if students were permitted to attend school in-person every day. The deadline for elementary commitments was also extended through Feb. 3.

Process for Selecting New RHS Mascot Presented, Committee Application Open
Administration presented the process for selecting a new RHS team name and mascot at the 1/26 Board meeting. Applications are being accepted through Feb. 4 for a stakeholder committee to help with the project.

Class of 2021: RHS Scholarship Fund Accepting Applications for Scholarships
Students graduating this June are invited to submit applications for scholarships through the Radnor High School Scholarship Fund. Deadline is Wed., March 24.

Radnor High School Students Take Top Honors in PennCFL Budget Game
Trevor Antram, Cackie Martin and Audrey Collins recently finished in first, second and third place, respectively, in the Philadelphia division of the PennCFL Budget Game, a world-class, web-based budget simulation platform and curriculum. This program is sponsored by Bank of America.

RES 5th-Graders Selected for Citizenship Challenge Finals
Claire Haines, Emily Negrey and Emelia Selbach earned a spot in the finals for their essay on the Electoral College. The students and their classmates participated in the virtual finals on Dec. 15 on Zoom.

Fifteen RHS Student-Musicians Named to PMEA District 12 Ensembles
Following a virtual audition process, nine students were selected for the District 12 Orchestra and six for the District 12 Band. They are now eligible to audition for the All-State event in April.
