Radnor Township School District Launches Online Registration for 2019-20 School Year

Online Registration Opens for All Families on Jan. 28; Kindergarten and New 1st-Grade Families Will Be Able to Complete Their Registration at In-Person Appointments Feb. 11-March 1

Radnor Township School District is launching a new online registration process for the 2019-20 school year that will make enrolling new students in all grades (K-12) easier for parents and guardians. The new process replaces nearly all paper forms that families were previously required to complete.

The new RTSD online registration portal opened on Monday, January 28. Kindergarten and new 1st-grade families joining the district in the 2019-20 school year can schedule an in-person, on-campus appointment to complete the registration process on select dates from February 11-March 1 at their respective elementary school.

More information about 2019-20 registration in RTSD and scheduling in-person, on-campus registration appointments can be found at www.RTSD.org/register.

In-person appointments for all other new students entering the district for the 2019-20 school year begin Monday, March 4 at the RTSD Administration Building (135 South Wayne Ave., Wayne).

To register, new RTSD parents and guardians must complete online registration for each student joining the district and schedule an appointment with the Central Registrar to complete the registration process. Required documents (proof of age, proof of residency, health documents) can be uploaded through the online portal, but originals are required at the scheduled appointment.

Until now, new RTSD families registering children would have to go to each individual school building to enroll, meaning families with several children would have to visit different buildings to complete much of the same paperwork. Different staff members in each of the schools were also completing intake and paperwork on new registrations. Now, a centralized and streamlined process ensures all information is recorded and processed in a consistent manner for every student.
