For Everyone: Groundbreaking at Radnor High School Celebrates Future of Full Campus Accessibility
Wearing hard hats and slinging shovels, community members, students, staff, and School Board members celebrated a future Radnor High School that is accessible to all at the official groundbreaking of the RHS ADA Accessibility and Wellness Infrastructure Project on May 6 on Prevost Field.
“The community, our School Board, everyonehas come together to realize that we need to make sure our facilities are inclusive," said Superintendent Dr. Ken Batchelor during remarks at the ceremony. "This project is a wonderful moment in Radnor Township School District. We are excited to be celebrating it here today.”

The improvements will address outdated and inaccessible facilities at both Prevost and Encke fields, as well as the RHS pool area, fitness room, and locker rooms/bathrooms, among other areas.
The project's current estimated completion date is Fall 2022.
